At DazzleDiva, we want you to love every piece you purchase. Changed your mind or received a product that isn't quite right? No worries! We offer a simple, hassle-free return and cancellation policy. Refunds are issued in the form of a coupon code for future purchases.
How to Return
Step 1: Inform
- Email us at care@dazzlediva.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include the product name and clear photos of the item.
- Once approved, we will guide you to the next step.
Step 2: Return the Product
- We'll schedule a pickup from your location and do a quick quality check.
- The product must be in its original box, unused condition and packaging.
- The customer bears the shipping cost (₹80) for returns, which will be deducted from your refund order value.

Before handing your jewellery to the courier, take a quick 10-second video of the package and handover. It's a small step that ensures smooth, safe deliveries and gives both you and us extra peace of mind.
Step 3: Refund / Credit
- After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process a coupon code refund within 3 working days.
- DazzleDiva credit is one-time use and valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Damaged or used products, or items returned without original packaging, are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
- For COD orders, we confirm your order before dispatch.
- Prepaid orders canceled before shipping will be refunded as per your choice:

Eligibility
Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible for returns.
Damaged, used, or items returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted.
Products bought on sale, during promotions, or using credit coupons are not eligible for returns.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged Product Received
Despite our 3-level quality checks, items may get damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged product:
Inform Us Within 48 Hours
With an unboxing video showing the damaged item is required. Email care@dazzlediva.co.in with photos or a short video showing the damage.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we arrange a free pickup. Keep the item ready for collection.
Resolution
We will send a replacement if available, or issue a full-value coupon code valid for 6 months.
No cash refunds are provided. Only replacements or coupon code credits are offered.
