At DazzleDiva, we ship across India, partnered with trusted logistics services to ensure your jewellery is handled with care and delivered on time.
Order Dispatch
- Ready-to-ship orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 5–10 working days for dispatch.
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
- In the rare event of delays, we will notify you promptly.
Order Tracking
- You can track your order status on our website or on the delivering partner site using the tracking number.
- Use the tracking link to live-track your order until delivery.
Order Delivery
- Metro cities: 3-5 working days from dispatch depending upon the pincode of delivery.
- Non-metro cities: 5–7 working days from dispatch.
- Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues.
Important: A 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for OTP-based delivery. Failure to provide or receive the OTP may result in non-delivery. If the package is returned, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
