Care Promise - Your Sparkle Protected

Important: The DazzleDiva jewellery box is your jewellery's home & your warranty key. Please keep it safe during your Care Promise duration. The original box is mandatory to ensure your warranty claim is valid.
At DazzleDiva, we don't just promise shine — we back it with our Care Promise Warranty.

Scope of Warranty

  • Covers tarnishing of eligible jewellery only.
  • Warranty is valid only on products where it is explicitly mentioned on the product page.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

Damage from regular wear and tear
Breakage due to mishandling
Loss of stones or crystals
Third-party alterations or resizing
Custom-made jewellery sets

3 Months Warranty
Standard on demi-fine jewellery
6 Months Warranty
On selected premium collections
1-Year Warranty
On signature gift sets / limited editions

Warranty Resolution & Exchange Guidelines

Keep the product safely in its original DazzleDiva box for the full warranty period.
  • The original box is mandatory for warranty claims.
  • If the box is missing/damaged, the warranty will not be applicable.
For an exchange, we'll schedule a pickup from your location.
Shipping costs:
  • Customer pays a small pickup fee of ₹80 (from you to us).
  • DazzleDiva covers the shipping back to you (from us to you).
This fee is only for doorstep pickup convenience — so you don't have to worry about packing, courier runs, or handling. We take care of everything while still protecting your jewellery under warranty.
Replacement jewellery will be delivered in the same original box.

How to Raise a Warranty Claim

Take a clear photograph of the affected item showing the tarnishing.
Email the following to care@dazzlediva.com:
  • Subject line: "Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]"
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo evidence
  • Address from where the product has to be picked
Once approved, we will send you a link to pay the one-side shipping fee of ₹80.
After payment is received, pickup of the product will be scheduled.

Additional Notes

  • Claims are subject to inspection and validation by the DazzleDiva team.
  • DazzleDiva reserves the right to decline a claim if the issue does not fall within the warranty terms.

DazzleDiva Care Promise: If your jewellery tarnishes within the warranty period, we'll replace it.
